Episode Overview

Kitty Albright, a registered nurse, finds her stagecoach under attack and ultimately wrecked. Flint decides to allow her to apply her medical expertise within the wagon train. However, she soon becomes unsettled by the poor hygiene and overall health conditions among the travelers.
