Episode Overview

Maddie is appointed captain of the girls' basketball team right as the school principal declares that funding for the program will be slashed. Determined to make a difference, she approaches him with her concerns, only to discover that her teammates have left her to fend for herself. Feeling inadequate in her leadership role, Maddie seeks Liv’s guidance to win back the team's respect. Meanwhile, Parker and Joey face a challenge when a group of tarantulas, which Parker had brought home from school, escapes, all while trying to keep their mom unaware of the situation.
