Episode Overview
The episode opens with the arrival of "Little Brother," the child born to the malevolent killer Aage Kroeger and the nurse Judith. Meanwhile, Doctor Helmer returns from Haiti, armed with a poison intended to transform Kroger's hospital into a den of zombies. Chaos ensues when Mrs. Drusse is struck by the phantom taxi. As tension rises, the two dishwashers sense that dark forces are on the verge of unleashing chaos within the hospital.
