Episode Overview
Michael journeys north along the majestic Hudson River aboard Amtrak, the national rail service. He hears chilling tales from the police chief about some of the most notorious train robbers in the country. In Tarrytown, the stories of celebrated author Washington Irving, known for Sleepy Hollow, leave him feeling uneasy. Continuing on to Garrison, a site of significant guerrilla warfare during the Revolutionary War, he discovers the infamous turncoat in American history and learns about the distinguished military figures who received their training at West Point.
