Episode Overview

Frank heads to Weber County, Utah, to consult with Prosecutor Calvin Smith. The District Attorney's office has secured a conviction against Sheriff William Garry for the murder of his wife and three kids. Garry admitted to the killings, and his fingerprints were discovered on the murder weapon, a carving tool. The final step is for the jury to determine whether Garry deserves the death penalty. Smith is counting on Frank to create a psychological profile that will unequivocally portray Garry as a remorseless and calculating killer in the eyes of the jury.
