Episode Overview

Title: Episode 2 Plot: During a school event meant to introduce clubs to newcomers, Honoka captivates the audience, resulting in a wave of male applicants. Arisa Tazawa, the club's manager, is thrilled and decides to enter them into the All Japan Qualifiers. However, many candidates flee after facing Honoka's rigorous training regimen. Meanwhile, Saki, the head of the university's editorial club, arrives with Ren Noguchi for an interview. Ren becomes smitten with Honoka's performance and expresses interest in covering the sumo club, soon learning that she was a national tournament runner-up in her earlier school years. Despite a dwindling member count, Kumada insists they enter a tournament. Ryota and the team work hard to recruit new members, enabling their participation.
