While detectives comb through a landfill in hopes of finding the body of a missing girl, they unexpectedly uncover the remains of a wealthy businessman. As Kelly conducts an interview with the millionaire's widow, Sipowicz takes it upon himself to dig deeper, especially after his son, Andy Jr., gets arrested for dealing cocaine.
