Episode Overview

Licalsi attempts to negotiate a plea deal for a six-year sentence for the murder, but Kelly strongly objects when he discovers Licalsi's feelings for Janice. Feeling heartbroken, Robin decides to end her relationship with Kelly after realizing he still harbors feelings for Janice. Meanwhile, Sipowicz and Kelly find themselves on a stakeout at an apartment complex that has been hit by multiple robberies.
