Episode Overview
Tonight's episode features two intriguing investigations, one involving the spirit of a deceased Louisiana congressman. Staff at the Old State Capital Building in Baton Rouge have grown weary of ghostly encounters and have called TAPS to look into reports of strange shadows, noises, and voices. Many believe the restless spirit of Pierre Couvillan, who passed away there after a gambling debate, is responsible. Tom Clarke, a distant relative of Couvillan, has even felt physical nudges from an unseen force. The building, previously a Civil War prison for Union soldiers, could harbor additional spirits as well. Almost immediately, Steve and Jay experience a door slamming and hear footsteps fleeing behind them, which they manage to record. Meanwhile, Amy and Adam try their hand at blackjack to entice Couvillan, resulting in a flurry of noises. They even spot a shadow and hear a voice in the basement.
