Episode Overview

Following her run-in with a police officer, Sam is assigned community service, where she decides to assist Natalie, a troubled young woman, despite her friends' warnings against it. Meanwhile, Howard attempts to counsel Todd on how to rekindle his relationship with Sam, despite Todd’s insistence that he’s moved on and no longer cares.
