A Black client is on trial for severely assaulting a department store security guard amidst a riot. Bobby intends to pursue a defense strategy that is met with disapproval from both his client and his assistant, Eugene. At the same time, Ellenor is dealing with her irritating cousin, who aims to file a lawsuit against the travel agent responsible for booking her honeymoon, claiming 'emotional distress.'
