Episode Overview

Tensions rise as a challenging case unfolds. Bobby represents Eddie, a former drug dealer, accused of murdering an addict, who insists it was an act of self-defense. D.A. Helen counters by calling the coroner to the stand, but his credibility falters due to his previous eccentric behavior. In a desperate move, Eddie confronts Helen, hoping to provoke a mistrial. Meanwhile, Bobby and Swackheim nearly clash physically. Throughout the turmoil, Bobby, Helen, and Swackheim each voice their frustration with the flaws in the legal system.
