Bobby fights to reverse the guilty verdict in the case of Scott Wallace. His decision not to let Wallace take the stand could provide a basis for a retrial. Meanwhile, Ellenor and Lindsay press on with their challenge against the EPA, but a tough judge could stand in their way. Helen finds herself in a dilemma when choosing to act ethically in response to Richard's pressure on a witness might jeopardize her job.
