Ivy allows Foggy to repair her toaster, and it goes to his head. Suddenly, he believes he can refurbish a dilapidated sunken boat he discovered at the lake bottom. Remarkably, he pulls it off, prompting Compo to think he should lure Nora Batty into the boat with him. However, Nora is no fool—she’ll need to be outsmarted to make it happen.
