She admits to knowing about the hazardous roof but chose to overlook it. When news breaks of a fatality within the factory, Carla crumbles under the weight of her guilt. In another part of town, David confronts Nick, questioning whether he holds responsibility for the collapse and if there was an insurance scam involved.
