Tootie eagerly anticipates her brother Marshall's arrival, but her excitement turns to dread when he invites the girls to a college party featuring beer. After the event, a clearly intoxicated Marshall, despite his claims of sobriety, offers to drive Blair, Natalie, and Tootie back home. Unfortunately, their journey takes a dangerous turn when an accident occurs along the way.
