Episode Overview

Kyle and Brooke dream of raising their future children in a small town, just like they were raised, so they’re leaving Nashville to return to their childhood hometown in Mississippi. They’re searching for a historic house that offers plenty of space for their family to grow. Ben and Erin present them with two Craftsman-style homes: a charming cottage that requires some renovations and a spacious, albeit quirky, house with a tiny kitchen. With both properties priced similarly, Kyle and Brooke must determine how to make the most of their $200,000 budget.
