Having spent his entire life renting, a local pastor is eager to find a home that accommodates his love for cooking and gardening. Ben and Erin present him with two distinct choices. The Lindsey House, with its appealing brick facade and generous kitchen, holds considerable promise. However, the budget-friendly McRae House offers a blank canvas for creativity. Ben and Erin transform the McRae House into a vibrant Creole cottage, infusing it with lively colors, a snug study, an impressive chef’s kitchen, and a specially designed gardening bench.
