A couple decided to buy her great grandmother's expansive estate along with a quaint little house, aspiring to transform it into a Christmas tree farm. To achieve their vision, Ben and Erin must demolish all the walls in the house, renovating the cozy yet peculiar rambler into a bright and practical living space.
