Episode Overview

The new recruits set up surveillance at a deserted factory where a heroin transaction is expected to occur. They successfully confiscate the drugs and apprehend nearly everyone involved, leaving only one individual at large. This remaining man is determined to retrieve the heroin from the authorities.
