Meanwhile, Tor Steinar braves the icy conditions to salvage a truck and trailer hampered by frozen brakes. Jo Roger is tasked with retrieving a thirty-five-ton excavator that has careened down a steep slope, but the brutal cold leads to equipment malfunctions. As brittle steel fractures under pressure, the situation escalates, putting lives in jeopardy as the crew fights against the relentless winter elements.
