Parker has a knack for exploiting situations for his own gain or that of his friends. When Frank Lemmer finds himself in a tough spot, he reaches out to Parker for assistance. Meanwhile, Musso attempts to set Lemmer up with her niece, whom he deems inappropriate. In exchange for a more suitable date, Lemmer strikes a deal with Parker. Jerry, needing help to prepare for an upcoming test that Lemmer can assist with, thinks the arrangement is straightforward.
