Mork deceives Mindy into thinking he has the ability to forecast the weather, prompting her to remind him that honesty is important. Meanwhile, the unpleasant landlord, Arnold Wanker, meets his end while attempting to evict Fred from the music store. Misunderstanding the family's efforts to console Wanker's grieving widow, Mork mistakenly believes Wanker was a beloved friend and decides to resurrect him.
