Meanwhile, Kathryn gears up for her first day on the job, while Craig supports Austen in coming to terms with his breakup with Chelsea, encouraging him to pursue Victoria instead. Patricia sets out to mold Ashley into the ideal Southern Belle and organizes a dinner party with Charleston's men to evaluate her progress. During the gathering, it becomes clear that Thomas is particularly focused on Kathryn, and he might not be alone in his interest.
