While Andy, Juliet, Nick, and Gail are at a women's correctional facility to transfer inmates, chaos erupts as a riot breaks out. The group quickly finds themselves scattered and caught in a lockdown. Andy and Juliet become trapped alongside a woman who is determined to demonstrate her innocence.
