Episode Overview

Title: The Black Tower (1) Plot: In March 1975, Dalgliesh travels to Dorset at the request of his longtime friend Father Michael, only to learn that Michael has recently passed away. The late priest resided in a facility for the disabled, overseen by the mysterious Wilfred, who has been arranging pilgrimages to Lourdes since experiencing a miraculous recovery from a grave illness.
