Katie, 22, and Michael, 24, from Kent are a couple deeply puzzled by their unexpected weight gain. Having grown up together, they’ve also expanded in size, accumulating a staggering 8 stone between them over the past four years. To uncover the reasons behind their escalating weight, they consent to having surveillance cameras installed in their home to observe their eating habits. To gain a comprehensive understanding, a skilled private investigation team is also brought in to monitor their activities outside the house.
