Episode Overview
Gordon and Barnes persist in their efforts to restore order to Gotham, leading Gordon to confront one of the city's most lethal assassins, Eduardo Flamingo. At the same time, Nygma encounters Penguin once more, reigniting their complicated rivalry. Meanwhile, Bruce applies pressure on Galavan, demanding the identity of the person responsible for his parents' deaths.
