Penguin is tightening his grip on the race for Mayor of Gotham as he inches closer to securing the nomination. In a different turn of events, Gordon decides to hand Alice over to the GCPD to collect the bounty on her head. Simultaneously, Bruce and Alfred are in a frantic search for Bruce’s doppelganger, who has taken over his life and assumed his identity.
