Episode Overview

During a dangerous prison riot, the SWAT team springs into action to save civilian hostages. Hondo, however, begins to suspect that the inmates may have hidden agendas fueling the chaos. Meanwhile, Deacon's wife, Annie, comes to the headquarters to commemorate his decade with the SWAT division, but her visit takes an unforeseen twist that surprises everyone.
