Hondo and the SWAT team fan out across Los Angeles to track down four escaped convicts, one of whom is a dangerous criminal that Jessica played a key role in apprehending. They race against rival officer Mumford and his team to catch the fugitives first. Meanwhile, Hondo’s leadership is challenged when Street blatantly disregards SWAT protocols, putting the team's cohesion and effectiveness into question.
