Renee is thrilled to finally undergo her full body makeover, but what she thought would be a simple procedure quickly turns into a surgical nightmare. Meanwhile, Drita and Carla are eager to embrace summer as newly single women. Karen teams up with her "cousin" Ramona, and together they pose a new challenge for Drita. As Renee struggles with the lack of support from Carla during her surgery, she resorts to extreme measures. Following a harrowing near-death experience, Renee decides to host a "Celebration of Life" party, but tensions flare when mob loyalist Big Ang tries to broker peace between Karen and Drita.
