After the bridge is fixed, Archie sets out to organize a grand opening ceremony. His excitement quickly turns to dismay when he finds out that the council has given the green light to Stuart McIntosh's plan to transform Ben Bogle into a holiday resort. Determined to protect the area, Molly recruits Duncan to demonstrate that the site holds significant historical value, but time is running out. Duncan's discovery of a hidden passage filled with artifacts derails Stuart's ambitions, while Lexie uncovers Stuart's inappropriate advance towards Stella.
