When Sam and Dean mysteriously vanish, Jody Mills reaches out to Claire Novak, the headstrong hunter, urging her to return home for help in locating the Winchesters. Claire reunites with Alex Jones, who has been balancing her life with hunting while staying with Jody. Although Jody is glad to have Claire back, she is troubled by a chilling vision from Patience concerning her adopted daughter. Together, Claire and Alex set out to find Kaia Nieves, the dreamcatcher who opened the rift that trapped Sam and Dean, believing she holds vital information. Jody enlists Donna Hanscum to join their crucial mission, and the women embark on a perilous hunt.
