Episode Overview

Four years back, Sam and Dean assisted a woman named Nora in exorcising a demon that was methodically targeting women in a small town. They saved a postal worker, Jeffrey, during the confrontation, but now the black-eyed demon appears to have resurfaced. The brothers decide to visit Jeffrey, who has been institutionalized in a psychiatric ward since the ordeal, in hopes that he can recall any details about the demon’s intentions while he was under its control.
