In the opening episode of season 3 of Home Town Takeover, titled "Greetings From Sebring!", Ben and Erin Napier make their way to Sebring, Florida, where they set out to breathe new life into the charming downtown circle. Their project kicks off with the renovation of a vintage soda shop and the home of a dedicated kindergarten teacher, all with support from Dave and Jenny Marrs.
