Episode Overview

In her debut project in St. Paul, Nicole discovers a house in a burgeoning neighborhood that requires significant renovations. With chilly weather approaching, her first priority is to give the exterior a fresh look by sprucing up the front yard and repainting the unsightly yellow and brown façade. Inside, she faces the challenging job of clearing out the remnants of previous occupants to prepare the space for the plumbers and electricians to begin their work.
