Episode Overview

In her hometown of Detroit, Michigan, Nicole is hard at work on her latest renovation project. The lower unit of a charming 1920s duplex is in dire need of updates, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. Beyond the fire damage, a significant issue arises with a cracked plumbing stack that has led to extensive water damage, leaving the walls fragile and deteriorating. Meanwhile, a seemingly useless room at the back of the kitchen sparks Nicole’s creativity, inspiring her to transform it into a functional home office.
