Episode Overview

Nicole focuses on transforming the overly vibrant pink and gold decor of her formal dining room. She works on revitalizing the floors, replacing the sconces, and fixing the stained glass windows, bringing the space back to its original 1904 charm. Simultaneously, at one of her other properties, a prospective buyer unexpectedly backs out at the last moment, forcing Nicole to act swiftly and make crucial choices.
