Episode Overview

Mulder and Scully encounter Cassandra Spender, a woman who insists she has been abducted multiple times and is eager to share a hopeful perspective on extraterrestrials. As Mulder grows increasingly skeptical about alien involvement, Scully develops a deep connection with Cassandra. Meanwhile, a wave of coordinated assaults on other abductees occurs, prompting the enigmatic Syndicate to suspect that a rebellious faction of aliens is trying to undermine their efforts.
