Johnny completely overlooks his date with Bailey when he receives a call from his ex-girlfriend Buffy, who he dated back in California. Eager to impress her, he decides to use Jennifer's apartment for their meeting. However, things take an unexpected turn when Buffy reveals she's planning to sue him for palimony, throwing his plans into disarray.
