Episode Overview

Dulcie decides to dig up the former mayor’s corpse in hopes of connecting it to an old unsolved death, stirring up anger among the townspeople. Meanwhile, the boat belonging to Sam O’Dwyer, who vanished years ago, is mysteriously set ablaze. In the midst of the chaos, Eddie finds himself pursuing a mysterious hooded figure through the underbrush.
