Episode Overview

Sam resolves to adapt to his current reality, at least for the time being. However, he stumbles upon Gene’s scheme to fabricate evidence against the elusive criminal, Kim Trent. Appalled by Gene's approach to justice, Sam decides to let Trent go. Yet, when a young woman becomes a victim due to Trent’s release, Sam begins to doubt his own choices. Now, he and Gene must set aside their conflicts and work together to gather the proof needed to bring Trent to justice.
