This Halloween, Miley finds herself more spooked by her cousin Luann than any supernatural entity. Luann, who looks strikingly like Miley, has a mischievous agenda, and despite Miley's efforts, no one believes she’s a threat. As Luann schemes to reveal Miley's dual identity as Hannah, can Miley outsmart her crafty cousin before it's too late? Meanwhile, Jackson and Robbie engage in a competitive rivalry, each trying to outdo the other with their creepy decorations, putting a hilarious twist on the saying, "Anything you can do, I can do better."
