Episode Overview

After Lilly humiliates her at a Hannah Montana concert and with the added pressure from her "Hannah Friends," Miley fabricates a story, telling Lilly that Kelly Clarkson's birthday party has been canceled. However, Miley still goes to the party disguised as Hannah and must scramble to maintain her lie when she unexpectedly finds herself on the news' front page. Meanwhile, Jackson encounters a beautician named Nina at work, who requests to practice her skills on him. He eagerly agrees, unaware that it's actually one of Rico's pranks in the making.
