Episode Overview

Miley becomes so absorbed in preparing for Hannah's upcoming European tour that she neglects her school assignments. When Robby discovers her declining grades, he warns Miley that he’ll cancel the tour unless she can improve her academic performance. Meanwhile, Jackson wishes he could escape his troubles as Snowball, Thor's chatty pet bird, gets him into a series of sticky situations with its incessant chatter.
