Episode Overview

Following the defeat of their leader at the hands of Carrie, the Mutant Gang strikes back at Gotham by seizing hostages during the Founder's Gala. This forces Turner, Duela, and Harper to emerge from their hiding spots to protect the city's citizens. Meanwhile, Cullen sneaks into the GCPD after the team discovers a potential link between the Court of Owls and the murder of another member of the Wayne family. In a separate storyline, Harvey grapples with a significant choice regarding his future.
