As Joe Chill awaits execution for the killing of Bruce Wayne’s parents, he reaches out to Harvey for one last favor—he wants to talk to Turner. Meanwhile, Stephanie turns to her father, Arthur Brown, for assistance as she struggles to decipher a code. At the same time, Carrie finds herself in a bind; her secret life as a vigilante has caused tension with her mother, leading to her being roped into helping out at the hospital.
