Episode Overview

When a government official uncovers that two doctors have been overbilling their patients, he attempts to blackmail them for their illicit gains. However, before he can follow through, he is murdered. The doctors, already on edge, are also concealing a darker truth: their practice is funded by organized crime. As they scramble to cover their tracks, they fear that the revelation of their ties to the mob will soon come to light.
