After the murder of a gay man, believed to be another casualty in a series of hate crimes, Brenda faces biases both within the LAPD and the broader community. At the same time, Flynn and Taylor intensify their attempts to sabotage Brenda, but their actions backfire as the team starts to unify and support her instead.
